Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
General Services
Q: What is Mobile Compliance Screening?
A: Mobile Compliance Screening provides on-site drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. We come directly to your workplace, your client’s workplace, home, courthouse, or other convenient location to provide certified, confidential, and reliable testing.
Q: What types of testing do you provide?
A: We offer:
- Urine substance testing (standard lab and rapid results)
- Alcohol breath testing (Coming Soon!)
- DNA and relationship testing (paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparentage, etc.)
- Specialty panels and add-ons available upon request
Q: Do you offer both rapid and lab-based testing?
A: Yes. Rapid tests provide same-day preliminary results. Any non-negative result is then confirmed through our laboratory partner for accuracy and compliance. Lab-confirmed results typically take 3–5 business days.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
Q: What is the difference between a 5-panel and 10-panel drug test?
A: A 5-panel test screens for the most commonly abused substances (such as marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP). A 10-panel test expands the list to include additional drugs like benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, and more.
Q: Do you offer additional testing beyond standard panels?
A: Yes. In addition to our core 5- and 10-panel screens, we offer a variety of add-on tests to meet specific needs. These may include:
- Fentanyl
- EtG alcohol (urine-based detection of alcohol use)
- Expanded opioids
- Steroid / performance-enhancing substances
- Prescription monitoring panels
These add-ons can be ordered independently or combined with standard panels to create a customized testing solution.
Q: Can you provide testing after hours or on weekends?
A: Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, for an additional service fee.
Q: Are your results court-admissible?
A: Yes. When required, all non-negative results are confirmed by an accredited laboratory following strict chain-of-custody procedures, making them admissible in court, CPS, and workplace compliance cases.
DNA & Relationship Testing
Q: What DNA testing options are available?
A: We provide accredited DNA testing for:
- Paternity / Maternity
- Sibling Relationships
- Grandparentage
- Twin Zygosity (identical vs. fraternal)
- Male lineage (Y-chromosome)
- Immigration and probate cases
- Adoption and personal DNA profiling
Q: What’s the difference between legal and informational DNA testing?
A:
- Informational testing is for personal peace of mind and not admissible in court.
- Legal testing follows strict chain-of-custody standards, making results admissible in court and government proceedings.
Q: How is DNA collected?
A: DNA is collected using a quick and painless cheek swab. In most cases, results are available within 5–7 business days.
Mobile Convenience
Q: Do you really come to my location?
A: Yes! We bring professional, certified testing directly to your workplace, your client’s workplace, courthouse, home, job site, office, or agreed-upon location. No transportation? No problem—we make testing accessible, especially for rural clients.
Q: Can you test multiple employees at once?
A: Yes. We specialize in workplace compliance testing and can set up on-site for groups, saving your business time and reducing downtime.
Q: Do you have facilities if I don’t want testing at my location?
A: Yes. We have our own facilities available for testing, or we can arrange to use your employer’s or agency’s facilities when needed.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Q: How do you ensure confidentiality?
A: All results are handled according to strict privacy standards. Information is only shared with authorized parties (such as employers, courts, or agencies) as required.
Q: Are your collectors certified?
A: Yes. All collections are performed by certified specimen collectors trained in DOT and non-DOT testing procedures.
Payments & Billing
Q: How much does testing cost?
A: Pricing depends on the type of test, whether rapid or lab-based, and the location of service. Contact us for a detailed price list.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: At this time, most insurance companies do not cover drug or DNA testing. However, we are working toward billing Medicaid to expand access for those in need.

A: You can request a test online through our website, call 859-965-9300 or email support@gomcsnow.com.
