MCS provides on-site and mobile drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services for individuals, employers, and agencies. Our services are intended for informational and/or legal purposes, depending on the test selected. Results are delivered in accordance with laboratory standards and applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
By scheduling or receiving services, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
- Authorized to request testing (for yourself, an employee, a minor child, or as required by court/agency order).
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All personal information and test results are handled in accordance with federal and state privacy laws.
- Test results are released only to authorized parties (as designated by the client, employer, court, or agency).

4. Payments & Fees
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through employer, court, or agency billing.
- Fees are non-refundable once testing has been conducted.
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours or specialty testing requests.
5. Legal & Informational Testing
- Informational testing is for peace of mind only and is not admissible in court.
- Legal testing requires strict chain-of-custody procedures and may be used in court or by government agencies.
- It is your responsibility to confirm which type of test is required for your situation.
6. Limitations of Liability
- While MCS ensures professional handling and accuracy, we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse of results, misinterpretation, or failure to comply with agency/employer requirements.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
7. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments may result in additional fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
9. Updates to Terms
MCS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
