About MCS

Mobile Compliance Screening (MCS) was founded out of a real need as part of Griffin Initiatives LLC, a platform dedicated to creating solutions that strengthen communities. Too often, families, employers, and courts have struggled to access timely, reliable drug and alcohol testing. Our founder, Toni Griffin, saw these challenges firsthand while serving over six years in frontline social services. Those experiences revealed a gap: testing services were not always accessible, equitable, or convenient. MCS was created to close that gap. Toni is a certified specimen collector and is advancing her clinical expertise through a fellowship in therapy. This combination of technical skill and human-centered training allows her to deliver services that balance compliance with compassion.
